When I try to login, I receive the message "Email address does not exist" or "Password incorrect".

If you are receiving a message saying your email address does not exist, please ensure that you entered your entire email address (i.e. example@louer.com). If you are still unable to login, please contact Customer Support either by email at support@louer.com, or call our toll-free line, 1-866-455-6837 (in Montreal, please call 514-223-4444).

If you are receiving a message saying your password is incorrect, click on the "Forgot your password?" button and enter your email address. Louer.com will send an email with a temporary password and you will need to follow the steps in order to acces your account.

If you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with, please contact Customer Support either by email at support@louer.com, call us at our toll-free line 1-866-455-6837 or call 514-223-4444 if you are in the Montreal region.
