When adding a property, why did I receive a warning that my session will soon expire?
The allotted session time in Louer.com is 35 minutes. Louer.com will give you a 5-minute warning before your session expires. To avoid losing the data you entered while adding or modifying a property, submit what you have currently entered, even if the listing is incomplete, by clicking on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. The data you entered will be saved and you will receive another 35-minute session time.

How do I edit my existing listing?
To edit your existing listing, please do the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the page that follows, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Choose between "Business Property" and "Residential Property" and use the appropriate drop down menu to select the property.
- Click on the "Edit Property" button to make changes to your property listing.
- To save your changes to your listing, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Continue" button.
*Even if you do not need to add or delete images, you must click on the "Continue" button again to save.

How do I remove or deactivate a property that is no longer available?
To remove or deactivate a property that has been leased or is no longer available, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the page that follows, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Choose between "Business Property" and "Residential Property", and use the appropriate drop down menu to select the property.
- Click on the "Remove Property" button. A pop-up box will then appear on the screen. Please read the notice in the pop-up box carefully. It will further clarify whether you want to Deactivate or Remove your property.
If you want to Remove your property, the property listing will be removed automatically. If you want to Deactivate your property, please go to the "How to Activate/Deactivate my Property" section below.
- Please note: If you remove a property, and later decide to put back that same property before the end of your contract with Louer.com, there will be a fee.
How to Activate/Deactivate my Property
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the page that follows, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Choose between "Business Property" and "Residential Property", and use the drop down menu to select the property.
- At the top right of the listing page you will find the Listing Status for your property.
- Use the drop down menu to select the listing status (active or inactive) and click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
- On the next page, you will be asked if you want to add images. Even If you do not need to add or delete images, click on "Continue" again to save.
*Please note: There is no fee to deactivate or re-activate a property during the length of your contract with Louer.com.

How do I add a property in Louer.com?
If you have not registered as a member at Louer.com, you must click on the "Become a Member" button at the top right of the Louer.com home page and enter your information.
If you are already a member at Louer.com, and you would like to add a property, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the page that follows, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Click on either Add Business Property or Add Residential Property (depending on the type of property you want to add).
- On the following page you will have to choose between a paying ad or a free ad.
- Paying ad:
Prior to adding your rental property on Louer.com, you must first purchase a credit. The following information will assist you with purchasing a credit and placing your rental property on Louer.com.
- You must first determine how long you wish to display your rental property.

- Click on "Buy Now" for the type of listing you wish to purchase. In order to purchase multiple listings, you must click on the "Purchase" option (next to Statistics).
- Once you have entered the amount of listings and selected the duration, you will be presented with a summary page. This will offer you with different methods of payment.
- Louer.com provides you with several options:
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard,Amex)
Certified Check
PayPal
Telephone Payment
- Once you have successfully made your payment, you will receive a credit(s) for the type of listing(s) you purchased. The number displayed in the credit column indicates how many rental properties you can advertise on Louer.com.
- To add your rental property, simply click on the "Add" button for the type of listing you have purchased.
- Free ad:
To add your rental property, simply click on the "Add" button for the type of listing you have purchased.
- Fill in the form. After you have finished, click on the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page. If the page turns red after clicking on the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page, it is because there is some required information missing about your property.
Enter the missing required information (highlighted in red) before clicking on “Continue”.
- On the next page, will be asked if you want to add images to your listing information. Follow the instructions on this page to upload and add images to your listing. Even if you do not need to add or to erase images, you must still click on "Continue" to save all the information.
- Once you have uploaded all your images, click on the “Continue” button to save your images and property listing information.
- As your property listing is being saved, you will receive the following warning “ This property listing is currently being reviewed and will not appear on Louer.com until it is approved.”
Louer.com verifies all new property listings to ensure that all the information was properly entered. This process takes approximately 24 to 48 hours. As soon as your property listing is online, you will receive an email notification from Louer.com confirming that your property information has been successfully entered. If you do not receive an email, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

How to change a property's listing status (active or inactive)?
To change the listing status of a property listing, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the next page, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Choose between "Business Property" and "Residential Property", and use the drop down menu to select the property. Click on the "Edit Property" button.
- At the top right of the listing page you will find the Listing Status for your property.
- Use the drop down menu to select the listing status (active or inactive) and click on the "Continue" at the bottom of the page.

Can I add hyperlinks to my property listing?
They are two ways to add a link to your website.
First way:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
- On the page that follows, if the "Account" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- In the "Primary Contact Information" section, there is a field called "Website" where you can enter the web address of your website. Example: www.louer.com
- Type in the full website address (i.e. www.louer.com), and click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save it.
*In the future, if you decide to add more property listings, the link to your website will automatically appear with each property listing.
Second way:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen. On the page that follows, if the "Property" button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Select between "Business Property" and "Residential Property Info", and use the drop down menu to select the property.
- Click on the "Edit Property" button to make your changes.
- In the "Required Information" you will find a place that says, "You may provide a Website link for more information regarding this property:". You can enter a link for that property information. The website link that will be entered here will appear on this property listing only.
- To save your changes to your listing, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Continue" button.
*Even if you do not need to add or delete images, you must click on the "Continue" button again to save.

How do I view or remove a Saved Listing?
To view or remove a Saved Listing, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the "Preferences" button at the top of the screen.
- To view a Saved Listing, use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish and click on the "View" button.
- To remove a Saved Listing, use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish to delete and click on the "Remove" button.

How much time does it take before my property listing appears on Louer.com?
Once you have added a property, it can be viewed on Louer.com within 24 – 48 hours. This procedure is being done for security measure.

Why after entering information for a new property, why did the top section of the page become red when I clicked on "Continue"?
The top of the page will turn red if there is some required information missing about your property. The field names will be highlighted in red so you can see which required information is missing.
These highlighted fields must be entered before you can proceed. Once this is done, click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
