To change your profile information, please do the following steps:

• Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
  
  
• If the "Account" button does not appear in orange, click on it. Go to the "Primary Contact Information" section.
  
  
• Make your changes and to save them, click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
  
  
  

To select your language of preference, please complete the following steps:

• Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
  
  
• If the "Account" button does not appear in orange, click on it. At the bottom of your "Account" page, you can select your language preference. You can choose between Bilingual, French or English.
  
  
• To save your changes, click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
  
  
  

To change your password, please complete the following steps:

• Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
  
  
• If the "Account" button does not appear in orange, click on it. Go to the "Login Information" section, enter your new password and confirm your new password.
  
  
• To save your new password, click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
