How do I create an Email Alert?
To create an Email Alert, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
- At the top of the screen, click on "Preferences" button.
- Before you can receive an email alert, you must first save a listing. To save a listing, click on the "Perform a search" button or on the "Home" button located at the top right of the screen.
- Perform a search for available properties based on your criteria.
- Once you get your search results, click on the "Save Results/Email Alerts" button above the list of search results. A pop-up window will appear on the screen.
- Enter a name for the search results you are saving.
- In order to receive your Email Alerts, in the "Email Notification" section, select how often you would like to receive them: Never, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Click on the "Save" button to save your Email Alerts.
* At any time if you want to go back into your account, you can click on the "Manage my Account" link at the top right of any page.

How do I view, remove or edit my Saved Results/Email Alerts?
To view, remove, or edit your Saved Results/Email Alerts, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on the "Manage my Account" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the "Preferences" button at the top of the screen and go to your "Saved Results/Email Alerts" section.
- To view your Saved Listing/Email Alerts, use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish to view and click on the "View" button.
- To remove a Saved Listing/Email Alert, use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" button.
- To edit a Saved Listing/Email Alert, use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish to edit and click on the "Edit" button.
- To save your changes, click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

What are Saved Results and Email Alerts?
Saved Results are the results of your favorite search.
Each time there’s a new listing on Louer.com that matches your saved results, you will received an "Email Alert" regarding this listing. You need to have Saved Results in order to receive an Email Alert.

How do I stop receiving Email Alerts?
To stop receiving Email Alerts , please complete the following steps:
- Log into your account by clicking on “Manage my Account” button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password and click on the “Login” button. If you are already logged in, click on the “My Account” button at the top right of the screen. If the “ Preferences” button does not appear in orange, click on it.
- Go to Saved Results/Email Alerts , and use the appropriate drop down menu (Residential or Commercial) to select the listing you wish to edit and click on the “Edit” button. A pop-up window will appear on the screen.
- To the right of “ Notify” , select “ Never” and click on the “ Update ” button at the bottom of the pop-up window to save it.
