This beautiful cottage, built in 2006, up to 8 people comfortably and has everything to please you and delight you!

It offers two bedrooms downstairs, with queen bed. For ease, the master bedroom accesses a private bath. A double whirlpool is available to relax. Obviously, bedding and towels are provided. The master bedroom also allows you direct access to a patio where we installed a small table and two chairs so you can relax in peace with, as background noise, the murmur of a rivulet and singing birds.

Still on the ground floor you will find another bathroom with a large ceramic shower. You will also find a large living room with stone fireplace, a TV (flat screen 36 ") satellite (200 channels bilingual), DVD-VHS and a CD player. This cottage has a spacious dining dining room, a fully equipped kitchen where all appliances are in "Steel", a dishwasher, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook up delicious dishes. A washer, dryer and a central vacuum are also available. For your convenience, ceramic floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen are heated.

Enjoy the large veranda where you can relax on beautiful rattan chairs and dine outdoors. A gas grill is available. A 4 seasons spa for 6 persons is located in the back, one step from the porch for your pleasure and comfort. You have a beautiful view of the small private lake accessible only to the client Wapitik. Near the lake, you'll have access to lawn chairs, sun loungers and a small outdoor fireplace to enjoy nature on the doorstep.

There is also a mezzanine where you will find a pool table, a corner "and reading room" and two sofa beds. The mezzanine also has a small balcony to step out to breathe the fresh air.

Our village of log homes is close to golf and the Grand Portneuf Golf des Pins and just minutes from Valcartier Vacation Village. You will have fun in water parks in summer and in his inner tube slides in winter. There is also the village of Ice Fish Chenaux at Ste-Anne de la Perade. Just 50 minutes away from Old Quebec, the Quebec Winter Carnival and all its many festivals entertain you. The walleye fishing on the St. Lawrence is also available just 15 minutes from the cottage. A host of activities await you during the whole year! The benefits of nature are just minutes from the beautiful city of Quebec!
