Cottage Benefits:	• Only pedal boats are permitted on the small lake swimming and fishing. • In winter, you can make an ice rink on the lake (shovels provided). • In the spring, late March and April, the Sugar Shack on the site, water harvesting, snowshoeing, snowmobile, fishing begins in mid April. • Catering for meetings.

A boat is provided with the rental period. (A pedal to the cottage and a boat to the river)

Private hot tub

This beautiful cottage overlooking Lake Heron, is almost a small inn with six rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable seating up to 17 people. A small beach is located in front of the cottage. An outdoor spa is located 8 places to relax in comfort in the company of your friends or your family.

Ground floor:
> 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a queen berth with a single bed.
> At the show, you'll find two sofa bed, a magnificent stone fireplace, a satellite TV, DVD, small radio cd.
> A bathroom with shower and antique bath.
> A well-equipped kitchen and a dining room to accommodate 12 guests. A table and chairs are provided for the number of people required.

Upstairs:
> There are 4 private rooms upstairs. Three of them have a queen bed, one with two single beds.

Basement:
> A large game room and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and an old wood stove to make you a good breakfast in the former.
> A pool table, curling table, satellite TV and many other games. >>> A bathroom with shower.
> Bedding and towels are provided.
> Outside: a large covered veranda runs on three fronts, patio fully equipped with gas grill propane.

Meals on site for meetings.
Summer or winter, you'll be charmed by our little village of log homes.

Our village of log homes is close to golf and the Grand Portneuf Golf des Pins and just minutes from Valcartier Vacation Village. You will have fun in water parks in summer and in his inner tube slides in winter. There is also the village of Ice Fish Chenaux at Ste-Anne de la Perade. Just 50 minutes away from Old Quebec, the Quebec Winter Carnival and all its many festivals entertain you. The walleye fishing on the St. Lawrence is also available just 15 minutes from the cottage. A host of activities await you during the whole year! The benefits of nature are just minutes from the beautiful city of Quebec!
