Hello everyone I have a great 5 1 / 2 in which I have a large double room furnished to rent. It is furnished with a bed sofa a dresser and a desk. It is a sunny room livable. The rest of the apartment is furnished and obviously in common. There is even lav-sec and a backyard. I ask $ 400 per month and everything is included (elec such heating internet and cable) I am located about 30 minutes from 2 major universities is univ of mtl and UQUAM. I have hosted many foreign students and I can provide references if you wish.
