The cottage (at 30 Falls Road), which is in red pine board inside and the outside is simply SPLENDID (hardwood floors and ceramic in the kitchen). It is built on a small hill of 125 000 square feet. The nearest neighbors are within 5 minutes. Down the hill, there is a small pond 150 feet long. We hear the sound of the steps of the falls, we do not see them because of the forest, but they are just beside. The chalet is on 2 floors, first, you have a large kitchen, lounge with 2 sofa beds, wood stove and a bathroom with shower. Second, there are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a queen bed and a bath on podium, the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. SO YOU CAN SLEEP 10 PEOPLE. The cottage is well equipped.
The chalet is fueled by propane and a battery system powered by solar and wind. You have all the amenities, shower, bath, hot water tank has, stove, refrigerator, TV, DVD and light. A change of scenery guaranteed.
