Built in 1927, this magnificent building of 3 storey English style served originally to house the engineers of the paper company Abitibi-Price Beaupre. At its inception, the company would send its personnel from Ontario and England. "Staff House" served as an inn for these employees and guests of the company. And in 2006, this mansion has started a new life in the context of operations Chalets-Village Mont-Sainte-Anne. We sought to revive the spirit that prevailed at its origins: host groups in a country setting on the banks of the beautiful Sainte-Anne-du-Nord, surrounded by mature trees. This house is located 5 km from Mont-Sainte-Anne, 30 minutes from Quebec City, 20 minutes from the ski center of the Massif de Petite-Rivière, in the heart of the city of Beaupré and all village amenities. Beach, tennis courts and public swimming pool are 5 minutes walk. There are 32 bedrooms (all with furniture salvaged from Chateau Frontenac), 15 bathrooms, large lounge, separate dining room, a large well equipped kitchen, a large recreation room in the basement and 1 meeting room. You can sleep a total of 80 people, and the total area of three storey 1402m2 (15.100 ft2) This large home is ideal for family celebrations such as weddings or anniversaries, for group meetings with friends or for business meetings in a quiet rural setting. Several caterers in the area offer their services to help you prepare meals in this house. For a good substantial breakfast, rates start at $ 6 per person. For dinner, prices are for a full meal at $ 11 per person. These caterers can also help you to do table service for an hourly rate determined in advance. Contact us for details.
