History of the house:

This modern-styled house, well situated between two ancestral houses, was originally Chalets-Village. It was the first to be offered for rent in 1988.

Of recent construction, we find inspiration everywhere traditional Quebecois, both in the design of windows in its sloping roof, chimney and siding. Built on three floors, high windows let in light in abundance.

The Pioneer can accommodate couples and groups of 2 to 12 people.
The total area of three floors is 205m2 (2200pi2). The hardwood floor in the living room has beautiful solid oak.

The rooms of this house to the floor enjoy air conditioning in summer.
