History of the house:
This house is 150 years old authentic village rectory of Saint-Narcisse-de-Lotbinière transported and rebuilt at Mont-Sainte-Anne in spring 1996. It meets the needs of larger groups and business meetings.
The centerpiece of an area of 108m2 (1200pi2) contains a monumental fireplace. All walls and windows of the ground floor are original. The Old Rectory is intended for groups of 15-35 people with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The total area of all floors is 511m2 (5500pi2). The hardwood floor in the living room has beautiful solid maple.
