History of the house:
This home-style Quebecois aboriginal "was built in the late 1970s by Albert Alarcon, Lyon, France. She served as restaurant for 25 years. Those who attend Mount St. Anne for a long time certainly remember the famous restaurant "Chez Albert" specializes in wood-fired pizzas.
We have transformed this building and now put at the disposal of our customers as a chalet host for groups up to 20 people. In addition, this house is equipped to serve food to groups of up to 40 people.
In the original building, we added seven bedrooms. We took care to preserve the essence of the original restaurant's kitchen, which allows fans to give them heart's content!
The five rooms of the house upstairs enjoy air conditioning in summer.
This formula will chalet restaurant, if you want to bring in a caterer to prepare meals or hire a chef to cook good food. The pizza oven is operational for true fans. A guide to using this oven is available to customers in the house. In addition, we have made arrangements with a local micro-brewery to allow you to buy beer pressure barrel.
