L’appartement est situé dans l’arrondissement de Verdun, près d’un arrêt d’autobus, d’une petite épicerie, de trois parcs, d’une piscine et d’une bibliothèque municipales. Cet arrondissement est borné par une piste cyclable longeant le fleuve Saint-Laurent et par une autre suivant le canal de l’aqueduc. L’appartement compte cinq pièces lumineuses (800 pi2 ou 74 m2). La cuisine est de taille moyenne, son recouvrement de sol est un prélart, elle comporte une porte patio donnant sur un balcon et sur l’escalier extérieur. The apartment is located in the district of Verdun, close to a bus stop, a small grocer, three parks, a swimming pool and a public library. This district is limited by a cycle track skirting the St. Lawrence river and by another according to the channel of the aqueduct. The apartment counts five luminous parts (800 pi2 or 74 m2). The kitchen is of average size with a door patio giving on a balcony and the external staircase. The three bedrooms, the living room, the corridor and the interior staircase have a whole covering ground out of wooden of maple varnished. The bathroom is of average size. Three wall cupboards are present in the apartment and offer good possibilities of arrangement. Pieces of furniture of gardens furnish the balconies. The apartment is localised on the second floor of a duplex inhabited by the owners. The building is at ten minutes of walk of the Jolicoeur subway (on green line) and starting from this station, in twenty minutes, you are in the centre town of Montreal (Berri-UQAM).
